Expand-A-Lung is very similar to the Power Lung in that it creates resistance to Inspiratory and Expiratory muscles which are trained by breathing in and out with regulated resistance. The Expand-A-Lung is a device created for the same results as the Power Lung but at a fraction of the price. The Expand-A-Lung is a hand-held resistance training machine with a special workout program.
