The NEW South African 11 liter hard foam floater comes with a removable Diver Down flag, removable ballast to keep the flag upright and crimped 440 lb. coated cable front hoop and 440 lb. coated cable back hoop with one (1) 300lb swivel quick clip. Great as a primary or secondary float for reef and blue water applications. With very little drag and the security of a float that will not collapse under pressure makes this float a GREAT value. This improved float will resist "crushing" at depth better than any previous version due to a higher density foam and tougher outside shell. The external shell is virtually indestructible against everyday banging or dragging over rocks and coral etc.
